ALL welcome to join the walk for International Women's Day.
Lizzy, one of our Fleetwood PCSO'S, and her attendees at Girls Hub having been collaborating with the well known, Heather J, from Ember & Blossom to design & create their own unique flag. These flags carry messages of well-being, dignity, strenght and solidarity. Each one representing the powerful voices of women and girls within our community.
This Sunday, we welcome the people of Fleetwood to come together for a walk down Fleetwood Promenade, carrying a voice for your mum, Aunty, Nan, daughter, friend, or simply standing in support of women everywhere.
Sunday 8th March ⏰ 11am📍 Meet at the Log Cabin (across from the Sea Cadet Base) 🚶♀️ We will walk together along the beach to Marine Gardens, where we’ll place the flags as a collective act of solidarity. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
